From small beginnings in August 2004 the 'Billy' Clinic as it is known locally has grown over the years. Today the clinic provides the only medical care available to a population of approximately 15,000 people.A primary care clinic,a HIV/ AIDS clinic ,laboratory services,school sponsorship programme,an Epilepsy clinic, a primary school bilharzia erradication programme,community malaria education,an under fives feeding programme and an eye surgery programme are some of the services which are provided by the Trust and the clinic.

In September 2014 we celebrate our ten year anniversary. From Friday September 19th to Sunday September 21st we will hold a weekend of getting together and celebrations.Many ex volunteers have expressed an interest in returning to the village to meet with old friends and staff from the clinic.We look forward to meeting again with a number of our past vollies and hearing how they have progressed since leaving us and returning home.
