Volunteers Feedback

Volunteers

Many of the volunteers who originally volunteered for a four/six month period have remained with the trust and some have completed more than three years work in the village. Dr Jeannette Van Os, Project managers Steve Free and Elaine Cosgrove and nurse Sheila Byrne-Harte have given more than three years to the project while  nurses Teresa Parke and  Siobhan Cogan have both spent  more than a year and a half in the village. All intend remaining for some considerable time to come. Continuity amongst the volunteers makes a very efficient and stable working environment for both volunteers and local staff. Doctors Amy, Angharad, Barbara, Ben and Sue have all worked at the clinic in the past ten months. The Trust has had volunteer nurses from Ireland , England. and Scotland.

Kindly donated jewellery

Local jeweller Niamh Utsch has kindly donated some magnificent yellow and white gold handmade jewellry to the Trust.

This jewellry is offered for sale with all proceeds going to help fund medication for the clinic.
